Establishment
1st,Apr. 2002
Our company was established as a spin-off company originating from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology with the support of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology TLO Co.,Ltd.
At the same time of establishment, We produced and started selling “Scratch counting system for laboratory animals; SCLABA®” that had been jointly developed by Hiroshi Matsuda who belonged to Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and Digimo Co.,Ltd.
Patent application has been already approved (Patent No. 3796692)
Trademark has been already registered (Trademark No. 4651183)
Jan. 2003 Dr, Hiroshi Matsuda who was a professor at Faculty of Agriculture in Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology assumed a board member.
Dr. Kensuke Orito who was an associate professor at School of Veterinary Medicine in Azabu University assumed a board member.
Kuniko Matsuda who was a board member assumed the President.
Jun. 2003 The extension lab moved into the incubation in Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
Dec. 2004 “Gait analyzing instrument and software for test animals; GAIT®” was finished developing and launched.

Mar. 2005 We changed our company name to Noveltec, Inc. by reorganization.
Apr. 2005 Kitano office was established with the business expansion.
Feb. 2007 Dr. Akane Tanaka who was an associate professor at Faculty of Agriculture in Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology assumed a board member.
Dec. 2007 “The next generation of real-time scratch counting system for laboratory animal; SCLABA®-Real” was finished developing and launched.
Oct. 2010 SCLABA®-Real Tracking software was finished developing.
We started selling this software with the SCLABA®-Real system.
Oct. 2010 Shin-kobe office was established.
May. 2011 Tokyo office was established.
Dec. 2011 We moved Tokyo office with business expansion.
Mar. 2020 Shotarou Matsuda was assumed the President.
Feb. 2022 The head office was transferred.
